Sydney-based technology-led insurer Huddle has appointed Digicall Assist as its roadside provider, as it expands its car insurance customer-base in Australia.
Starting June 1, Digicall Assist will be providing roadside assistance nationally to Huddle customers through their extensive national provider network. The company, previously trading as International SOS Australasia (PCC), has more than 15 years in Australasia providing assistance to consumers, via bespoke automotive solutions.
Jonathon Buck, co-founder of Huddle, underwritten by Digicall Assist client Hollard, said they chose a “trusted” roadside assistance provider “who we could be sure would deliver to the high standard we wanted for our car insurance customers.”
Huddle Insurance is the first company in Australia to use artificial intelligence and chatbox to offer instant claims processing for its customers online. It also created a platform that enables customers to use their insurance to help fight climate change and support community projects and non-profits.
